A dedicated centre
Our technical department is involved in research into new processes and tooling, particularly for machining and finition operations. This constant watch enables us to provide innovative solutions to a wide range of technical issues, while integrating them into numerous industrial processes.
Promoting synergies
Our approach is multi-faceted: we work in collaboration with specialized centers such as Cetim, we constantly monitor technical developments, we take part in specialized trade fairs… Partnerships with our customers, world leaders in energy and steel, are also a source of innovation: after a patent filed on a pure copper machining process, we are currently working on research into lead substitution in steels.
Our CAD/CAM tools
Our technical engineering team, an essential support service for our production teams, uses CAD/CAMto design all our technical documents, customer drawings, manufacturing ranges, tooling, etc. CAD provides a framework and standardizes all our processes, from design to series production. Very recently, we invested in an even more powerful CAD/CAM software package , “Topsolid”.
